The Landscape Technician/Crew Member will take initiative to learn proper techniques and procedures, while reporting to and communicating with the Foreman/Crew Leader.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborates with Foreman and co-workers to efficiently and perfectly maintain customers’ properties

• Asks Foreman/Crew Leader about unknown or unclear aspect of the job

• Takes steps to ensure jobsite is organized and left cleaner than when arrived

• Learns and practices proper equipment operation

• Communicates with customers with professionalism and tact

• Adheres to and enforces safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of grounds maintenance for both residential and commercial properties

Salary range for this position is $15-$18.
